You also have a small pie chart showing the percentage of protein, fat in carbohydrates of the entire day. To log a meal, click on the add meal button. You will then be taken into the food explorer, where you can select food items that make up your meal. The food explorer allows you to select foods in a sorted list, or a tree like list. In the tree like list start by selecting the food name, and then click on the square plus sign to open in the tree branches in drill down to the specific food makeup. Foods can also be sorted according to food groups such as beverages, baby foods, meats etc. Of course, this is just a powerful quick visual for instant review of your weight loss efforts. To see a weekly calorie counter breakdown, click on the week view button at the bottom. Of course, these are not detailed reports, these are just quick views.
