Diet Analysis Report
The Food Diary Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Reports:

Dear User,

Would you like to see how many calories, fats, carbs, proteins (and etc.) you ate in a certain period?

The Food Diary gives this report that allows you to see a grant total, daily total, and averages for your calories and other nutrients you have eaten in a given period.

The Food Journal displays the report below:

Food Diary Reports

You can customize the date range, and select if the report is broken down by daily totals, weekly totals or monthly totals.

To bring up this screen, in the calendar view press the Analysis Reports button.  The dialog above will appear.  This Food Diary dialog allows you to see at any given day or date range how you are doing with your program.  It will help you see what portions you are consuming, and you can determine if you are in your target or not.  You can print these reports to have a hard copy of where you are, according to the period of time you choose.

The second diet report is the nutrient pro, shown below, which allows you to see a quick view or a food, meal, or the whole day.

Breakdown includes Nutrient Facts reports, Nutritional makeup and a detailed 104 nutrient breakup list.

Food Diary Nutrients

The food contribution report allows you to see which foods you ate that contributed to each nutrient.  So you can see where you got most of your proteins from, or where you got most of your salt from.
