Food Diary Calendar View

Dear User,

The following Food Diary screen is the calendar view screen of the food diary. In this screen, you get a complete summary glance of the month.

Each day shows the total caloric intake, the caloric expenditure due to exercise, and your daily weight. The food diary allows you to see the same view for a week, or for a month. Double-click on a day on the calendar in order to open the diary logs for that that day.

You can scroll to previous month or future months by clicking on the scrollbar on the far right of the window. This is the food diary calendar view with an instant glance at your nutritional, exercise and weight progress.

At the top of the calendar view, the food diary, has a menu you can choose it to quickly access other program functions.
