In Food Diary you can set up your weight loss goals. They can be for whatever time period you want. Click on the Weight Loss goal button in the Calendar. You will see the dialog to the left. Here you first create a New Goal name. The other options will allow you to View the goal, Rename the goal and Delete the goal.
Select the Goal name you created and click on the View Goal button. You will see the screen at the left. Now you can setup your Weight loss goal. The Red box number in the calendar is the current date. Enter your Starting weight in the field provided. Use the calendar at the right of the screen to select the end date of this goal. That date will become highlighted in yellow. Then enter the amount of weight you want to loose. You can also use the scroll bar to insert the weight goal. Food Diary will calculate the figures in the “Breakdown of Your Goal” section for you.
You can click on the View Your Weight Loss Goal Progress tab and you will see the screen to the left. This will give you more detail of the progress to your goal. Each day these numbers will change, and the graph will change as the numbers fluctuate. Use this screen to monitor how well you are progressing. The numbers and graph give you great visuals to analyze.
