Daily Food Diary ViewsDear User, The our food diary allows you to keep a daily food journal of your food intake and exercise. This will allow you to get an an exact notion of how much you eat everyday, and what you eat. Daily food journal keeping, will inform you scientifically of what you are doing with your diet instead of guessing, or "hoping" for the best to come. Once you see which days of the week you mess up your food diet by eating too much food and too much of bad foods, you will be able to formalize a strategy on how to deal with these "high calorie food days." Our food diary has the following daily view of your daily meal:
This is the mail daily food logger screen where you see in a glance your entire food dairy intake for the day. You can see which meal has more calories during the day then other meals, and which do not. You can see which meals are high in fat, and which are well balanced. If you are sensitive to salt you can see which meals have a high content of salt. To see a complete nutritional break down of the daily food log, with more nutritional details than displayed here, click on the button that says "Show Days' Complete Nutritional Values" at the bottom near the totals. This is the Nutri Pro screen that will appear with the info for the entire days' nutrition:
This Nutri Pro screen appears with all the nutritional information for the days' food diary. Notice that you can bring up Nutri Pro to also show the complete break down of just one meal, or a complete break down of just one food. Currently, it is displaying nutritional break down of one meal. The food journal can also show you a summarized daily food intake in the reports screen:
This screen of the food diary shows a specific report with basic nutritional break down by day for the given time period. You can also view on this screen the daily food intake average at the bottom. This is the average of all the foods intake record for the given time period. You can change the time period by clicking on the calendar at the top. You can also see the daily food intake of calories and exercise in the monthly calendar view:
This is the monthly calendar view. Here you see in glance the months basic nutritional breakdown of each day, include calories eaten, calories exercised and weight. If you have an idea of a new report or comments, please free to email us, we just might implement your idea into the software.
