Diet Analysis Reports
There are three diet analysis reports. The first one shown below shows
the calorie breakdown for a given period based on daily, weekly or monthly
reports. This includes averages for that time.
The second diet report is the nutrient pro, shown below, which allows you to
see a quick view or a food, meal, or the whole day.
Breakdown includes Nutrient Facts reports, Nutritional makeup and a detailed
104 nutrient breakup list.
The food contribution report allows you to see which foods you ate that
contributed to each nutrient. So you can see where you got most of your
proteins from, or where you got most of your salt from.
