The Food And Exercise Diary for Windows is a food
diary, and exercise diary that will help you keep track of your food
intake and exercise. The Food Diary produces calorie counter,
fat counter, and other nutritional values, as well as reports and
graphs to help with your weight loss.
This is the main screen of the food diary. In this screen, you can keep
a food diary of your daily meals and exercise, including bodily measures and
medical journal.
At the top tab, you’ve the bodily measures. In the bodily measures tab,
you can keep a daily log of your body weight, fat percentage, and other bodily
measures such as waist, neck measures. You can click on the copy bodily
measures from previous day to quickly get your most recent measures and make
small adjustments.
In the middle tab, you have the food diary meal log, exercise log, medical log,
and general journal. In the food diary meals’ log, you keep a log and
records of each of your daily meals. To add a meal, click on to add a meal
button. Then, the food explorer opens. In the food explorer, you
select foods that make up your meal.
In the food diary’s daily log meal screen, each meal’s caloric values are shown
and the entire days’ meals are totaled. Also shown is small pie chart of
fats, carbohydrates and protein ratios by calories.
Under the new medical tab, you can keep records of your heart rate, insulin
levels, and insulin dosage. Under the journal, you can keep a journal
notes that are of importance to you about the day.
On the bottom tab, you can see your daily caloric-intake budget and exercise
calories expenditure budget.
