Print of Food Diary

The food diary allows you to keep a print of food journal. A print of food tracker is essential to keeping a log and understanding of your weight-loss progress and efforts. In order to generate a print you first have to enter foods into the daily food consumption screen.

The print is composed of the foods you've entered into a the food tracker. The printing of your food dairy can be e-mailed to your dietitian, doctor, or nutritionist. It can also be edited in Word for Windows.

To print your weekly log is possible by clicking on the menu option file and choosing the print option. You can select any range of date you would like. You can also generate a print of any custom range of dates.

The print can include your medical values, exercise log, general text journal, and record of your bodily measures. A print is essential in order to have a correct evaluation by your dietitian or doctor or fitness instructor.

Therefore, keep correct meal records of your daily meals will allow you to troubleshoot your diet and weight loss efforts.
