than 30 different days, then this is considered a substantial use of the
software, and there can be no refunds. Days that you do not log foods for
are not counted.
You can select the menu option "Help/Usage Stats" to display the
number of unique days you have logged foods for.
Steps To Follow To Get A Refund

Select from within the Food And Exercise Diary
the menu option "Help/Disable Software."

disable the software and will give you a return authorization number (RMA #). Once the
software is disabled, it will not run, not even when reinstalled.

Email us this return
authorization number and include the PayPal recipient id that was emailed to you upon
ordering.

We would appreciate if you include in your
refund email a few words on what we should improve in the software.
Important Note Regarding Credit Card Charge-Backs
