There Is One Limitation

If you have logged food entries for more than 30 different days, then this is considered a substantial use of the software, and there can be no refunds.  Days that you do not log foods for are not counted.

You can select the menu option "Help/Usage Stats" to display the number of unique days you have logged foods for.

Steps To Follow To Get A Refund

  • Select from within the Food And Exercise Diary the menu option "Help/Disable Software."

  • This will disable the software and will give you a return authorization number (RMA #).  Once the software is disabled, it will not run, not even when reinstalled.

  • Email us this return authorization number and include the PayPal recipient id that was emailed to you upon ordering. 

  • We would appreciate if you include in your refund email a few words on what we should improve in the software.

 

Important Note Regarding Credit Card Charge-Backs

We guarantee that as long as you follow the above instructions, you will receive a prompt and friendly refund.  We also ask of you that you contact us regarding a refund first, and do not file a charge-back with your credit card company before allow us the ability to resolve the refund first. 

Formal credit card charge-backs procedures ask the customer to contact the merchant for resolution before filing a charge-back.

Should you elect to file a charge-back, you agree that we will assess a $20 processing fee.  This fee will be weaved if you have first contacted us for resolution, and allowed us 14 days to process the refund before filing a charge-back with your credit card issuer.

In case you have filed a charge-back and the charge-back was eventually award in favor of TG Enterprises, Inc., regardless if you have contact us before or not, we will assess a $20 process fees, plus whatever fees assessed to us by the credit card company for processing your charge-back.
