In the monthly view you can see that progress of your weight
loss for the month easily. In blue numbers you see the date of
the month. Right under the date of the month in red is your weight
for that day. To the right of your weight, the first number is the
total calories consumed the day of food, minus total calories expenditure
from exercise.
For instance, on 2nd of the month and a picture above, you see that
the weight is 167 pounds, and consumed in food is 1588 calories, and
finally expenditure of 309 calories in exercise. The red note and
the right lower corner indicates that there is some information entered
for that date.
For a weekly view, click on the "Week View" button at the bottom:

To see complete nutritional exercise and medical information for a
given day, the double click on that day on the calendar view.
To enter information for specific date, also double click on that
date.
To go to the next month, or previous month, click on this scrollbar
in the far right.
To go to todays date quickly, click on the button Go to
Today at the lower corner of the screen. When clicking this
button, the selection will highlight the current date. To enter information
or to view information for that current date, double click on the
highlighted date in the calendar view.
